Marian Consecration
We are inviting all of the participants from this year’s 20th Anniversary Ignited By Truth Conference to join us in a 33-day preparation for Consecration to Jesus Through Mary, and anyone else who would like to join! If you have never done this before, been thinking about doing it, or have already done this before…you are invited!
We will begin our daily reading of about 1.5 pages a day for 33 days starting on Monday May 15th. In conclusion to our 33-day preparation we will be doing the prayer for the Consecration to Jesus through Mary on Saturday June 17th, the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We will gather for the 9am Mass at Sacred Heart Church 200 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC, say the Consecration to Jesus through Mary prayer together after Mass, and have a small celebration afterward.
For the 33-day preparation, we have chosen to use the best-selling book 33 Days to Morning Glory by Fr. Michael Gaitley, MIC. Every participant who attended the Ignited By Truth Conference should have received the free version of 33 Days to Morning Glory in their packet along with printed instructions. 33 Days to Morning Glory Instructions
- Reading of 33 Days to Morning Glory will begin on Monday, May 15th (Day One) and reading will conclude on Friday June 16th. We will do the Consecration to Jesus through Mary on Saturday, June 17th the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. - In preparation for our consecration to Jesus through Mary, for 33 days we will read the daily reading (about 1.5 pages per day) of spiritual insights from St. Louis de Montfort (week 1), St. Maximillian Kolbe (week 2), St. Mother Teresa (week 3), St. Pope John Paul II (week 4), and then have 5 final days of review.
- Each day you will read the daily reading for that day.
- You will ponder what you have read whenever you can throughout the day.
Just like Mary pondered in her own heart. - We have included optional prayers that you can say prior to doing your daily reading.
- If you miss a day or two of reading it is ok. Try not to! But if you do, just make up the reading when you can.

- Optional Weekly Videos (highly recommended): We will be watching the videos/lectures by Fr. Michael Gaitley about St. Louis De Montfort, St. Maximillian Kolbe, St. Mother Teresa, and St. Pope John Paul II. There is an introductory video that is great to watch prior to starting day 1, and then a video for each week of readings. The videos are most effective if watched toward the end of each week’s readings.
