2023 Full Conference Vendor/Ministry
Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in having a table at Ignited By Truth. Businesses and ministries that support the Catholic Church and her teachings will find a welcome audience for their wares and messages at the Ignited By Truth Conference. Anyone wishing to have a table must be approved prior to registering. All new vendors and ministries should complete the application form to start this process. If you have any questions please email the Conference’s Vendors and Ministries Coordinator at vendors-ministries@ignitedbytruth.org.
Tables (8 ft. x 30 in.) are available for you to advertise your message and sell your goods. Up to 10 tables may be ordered by an individual business or ministry. Tables must be set up on Friday April 28th between 12PM and 5PM.
With the purchase of each table, you are entitled to have up to two persons attend the conference and staff the table. (You will receive a coupon to obtain your two complimentary tickets. When you redeem that coupon and register for your tickets, you’ll have the opportunity to select whether each ticket will include a lunch.) When not active at the table, your staff are welcome to fully participate in the conference, including attending the presentations, visiting other tables, receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation, or participating in the ongoing Eucharistic Adoration.

SERVICES AVAILABLE
- Electricity can be available at your table during the conference, but is limited. Please specify if you need electricity on the “Additional Information” order notes box after you click the CHECKOUT NOW button when you purchase your table. Also, you must bring your own extension cords.
- Basic Wireless Internet service (WiFi) is available for free throughout the facility. You should consider that you may also need electricity.
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
- Ad in the IBT program affords you with an advertisement in the agenda brochure handed out to each of the attendees at the conference. See all ad sizes below. The graphic file must be emailed to Program@IgnitedByTruth.org no later than April 5th, 2023.
- Featured link on the IBT Web site provides a link to your website on the Ignited By Truth homepage and Conference Event page. Your link will be displayed beginning 2 days after your registration is approved, and will remain there until marketing begins for the 2024 Conference. Please email a logo or featured image (.png or .jpeg) to Webmaster@IgnitedByTruth.org.
PRICES FOR TABLES & OPTIONAL ITEMS
- Tables $150 each Includes admission for 2 table workers (discount code will be emailed to you after table purchase) with lunch options. Please specify if you need electricity on the “Additional Information” order notes box after you click the CHECKOUT NOW button when you purchase your table. You are welcome to display your items during both the Friday evening Night of Worship as well as the full conference Saturday. Your included admission tickets will allow you entry to the event both Friday evening and Saturday.
- Admission for additional adults $25 each, students (age 10+) are FREE. These will allow you entry to the event both Friday evening and Saturday.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Reserve your table now! Vendor and ministry registration is only open until April 15th, 2023 and space is limited.
- A table is not required to purchase advertising.
- Children under the age of 10 cannot attend and cannot be registered to work a table.
- Please note that setup for the conference will begin as early as noon and should be completed by 5:00 PM on Friday.
- Tables should remain open until the conference ends on Saturday to afford attendees a final opportunity to visit your table.
